Questions before you commit, hooman? Sensible. Here are the useful bits.

What will I find here?

Four everyday categories, hooman: Walk for collars, harnesses, leads and walking accessories; Eat for bowls, slow feeders, lick bowls and feeding mats; Sleep for beds, blankets and sleeping mats; and Play for toys, balls, tug toys and enrichment puzzles.

Can I shop yet?

Yes, hooman. House of Sploots is open for orders on available products. The House of Sploots Edit shortlist is for feedback while my team develops the range; those shortlisted designs are not available to buy or pre-order.

How do I choose the right size?

My advice: measure first. Use the exact product and variant chart. For beds, check the usable sleeping space as well as the outside dimensions. A size name alone does not tell you where the paws will go.

Is everything machine washable?

I cannot operate your washing machine, but I can remind you to read the label. Instructions vary by item and may cover only a removable cover. See my Size & Care guide.

What about strong chewers?

Please choose for the dog you live with. Walking gear, bowls and beds are not chew toys. Ask my team if you need help checking suitability.

Where do you deliver?

Australia only for now, hooman. Product availability, delivery charges and estimates depend on your Australian delivery address.

Where do orders ship from?

Dispatch locations vary by product. Some products ship directly from suppliers, including overseas suppliers. Check the listing, or ask my team before ordering if the dispatch location or delivery estimate is not shown. See Shipping & Delivery.
